(Dagbladet): the Girl (17) that on the night of 28. October 2014 killed Anna Kristin Gillebo Backlund (30) on the barnevernsinstitusjonen Small Units in Asker, in the Borgarting lagmanssrett sentenced to detention with a time frame of 9 years and a minimum time of 6 years.
the Penalty is the same as that which was adopted by the Asker and Bærum district court in June of last year.
If the judgment is left is the girl the youngest in the Norwegian rettshistorie that gets a forvaringsstraff.

It is not because we want her cooped up the rest of your life – but it is in the interest of the community and the girl herself, ” says Amund Gillebo, who is deceased’s brother.
