The abuse was police committed in a grove at Tiur Leiken school at Romsås in Oslo in 2000.
Oslo police today arrested a man and charged him with sexual relations with two girls at the time of the offense were 6 and 7 years old.
the accused is a Norwegian man in his 40s living in Romerike, said Oslo police.
