Russ (19) critically injured in the night, should have been on the roof of the bus – Bergens Tidende

A Russian (19) is critically injured after an accident with a russebuss in Arnanipatunnelen in Bergen on Thursday.

“Arna kl. 0237: Serious accident with a russebuss. Emergency services are on site and working. “

Such is the message that was posted on the police’s Twitter page on Thursday.

The clock 05.20 Thursday reported Helse Bergen about a 19 year old man which is critically injured after an accident in Arna. Police operations manager Terje Magnussen confirmed to BT that this is the same person as in Russian accident.

The relatives are notified, said Anne Christine F. Olsen, Communications in Bergen Health in an email in 08 hours yesterday.

Talking to witnesses

Bus from Bergen south

Newly appointed operations manager of the police Thursday morning, Frode Kolltveit, saying it involved the bus belongs Bergen south – and that it should have participated of a hit on Osterøy on Thursday.

He said the focus of the Russian Board is to protect those involved and hope for the best for others medruss.

– We are very affected by the incident. We therefore request some time before we say anything more. This is to avoid extra burden on those who have been closest to the actual incident. We ask for your understanding and acceptance of this, says Sheep.



Illegal

Head of Public Roads Administration accident, Hans Olav Hellesøe says they conduct investigations on behalf of the police.

– We stock a report we send to the police, that they can use, if they are to pursue legal action. It is the way forward, says Hellesøe.

The county and municipality notified

It is not clear exactly how the accident should have happened, but Magnussen says the bus was heading towards Arna.

– Was the person on the bus?

Eva Hille, Director of Bergen, said they are following the situation.

– We are going to contact the county and work with them on this. Bergen municipality will assist if the county wants it. Such accidents are terrible tragic, says Hille.



From several schools

On Fana high school students are now followed very closely up.

The principal of the school has gathered students and follows them up. Public health nurses and school personnel are engaged.
