Arrested in Ammerud murder was not imprisoned – NRK

Police arrested 37-year-old man because they believe he has something with the dead person, who was found in a suitcase next Ammerud school in late April. Oslo District Court declined to imprison the man today.

– He is amazed that he was arrested because there is no basis for this. Today he received the court’s support, says John Christian Elden, attorney for 37-year-old .

Altogether now four people murder charged in this case. The man, who was arrested today, police said confirmed his own connection with the case.

– We believe he has a role in the case and in interviews he has attached himself to it, says Kari Kirk Horn, police lawyer.

However, the Oslo District Court has not said on Saturday no to imprison the man. The defender believes that is correct.

– They think he’s been in the residence, where it was later committed murder. It is not reason enough to aim he says Elden.

Earlier, two men and a woman in custody for four weeks. Two of the defendants are liable for full insulation in two weeks.

The dead person was found near Ammerud school, and parts of the corpse lay in a suitcase. The body should have been quartered.

Police have previously stated that there are relationships between the accused and also the deceased. Kari Kirk Horn confirms that this also applies to the new defendant.

– If you with relationships mean that they are not completely unknown to each other, then it is correct. But how tight relationships, is too early to say.

The police appealed the decision in Oslo District Court on Saturday.
