The man was in Jæren District Court sentenced to detention for six years and six months with a minimum term of four years, but Eritsland mean judgment must be sharpened, writes Stavanger Aftenblad.
Eritsland said in his closing procedure in the appeal Gulating Court of Appeal on Wednesday that there is great danger that the man may be guilty of further abuse.
Tuesday the jury found in the Court of Appeal 30- old guilty of numerous offenses against minors boys. It was set by 15 days to appeal, but already after nine days, they found the man guilty on everyone except one of the items in the indictment.
The man refused long abuses, but last Wednesday he acknowledged more conditions he is accused of.
The man’s lawyer, Erik Wolf Sæter mean a prison sentence of five years is appropriate punishment for the client.
A decision in the case is expected next week.
