Regret that he killed and dismembered his stepfather – Dagbladet.no

Kim Andreas Kristiansen (24) regret that he killed and dismembered his stepfather Bjarte Hansen last fall. Thursday he will attempt to explain South Gudbrandsdal District Court why he did it.

Kim Andreas Kristiansen has confessed that he killed and dismembered his stepfather Bjarte Hansen in August last year. Once the trial starts Thursday, it will primarily be elucidated why he so beastly show dismembered the dead and tried to burn parts of the forest.

– This will be largely a trial that will revolve around the sentencing, said Kristiansen lawyer, Odd Ivar Green, NTB when the indictment was announced.

Undoing

He says client now would like to see the murder and everything related to it, undone.

– He regrets what he did, says Green.

Ever since 23-year-old started for the Dutch police and voluntarily returned to Norway in August last year, has he acknowledged the murder of the 58-year-old stepfather. When the lawsuit was filed Friday before Easter, it was also known that 24-year-old will plead guilty when the trial starts in South Gudbrandsdal District Court on Thursday.

The indictment describes that Kristiansen after killing his stepfather with multiple stab wounds, shared corpse in several pieces that were wrapped in plastic and textiles. He will also have threatened a friend with a car to transport the body parts to the area at Hafjell where attempts were made to dig in the ground.



– Will hurt

Nina Braathen Hjortdal is counsel for the bereaved after 58-year-old: his three children and his mother. Two of the three children is accused half-siblings, and the third his stepsister.

Hjortdal told NTB that clients are prepared for a difficult issue.

– It will hurt, but they hope to get answers to what happened. It is good that whatever the case comes up, says counsel.
