LILLEHAMMER (AP) The defendant Kim Andreas Kristiansen (24) says that the relationship with his stepfather was so hard that he had to go into therapy to deal with him. Finally, it was just enough.
24-year-old admits to having killed, dismembered and likskjendet her stepfather Bjarte Hansen. He also admits having threatened his friend to help him get rid of the corpse.
Kim Andreas Kristiansen begins his explanation in South Gudbrandsdal District Court today.
He is dressed in a plaid flanellsskjorte with open buttons, T-shirt and a light jeans. The hair has grown longer since incarceration. He politely refused to give a comment to VG as he sat outside the courtroom.
– The first thing I want to begin with is that I will apologize to everyone, family and acquaintances – and I want the court to know I want to apologize. I will go into both internal and external factors for what happened, says the 24-year-old from the witness box.
He says also that there is no excuse for what he has done, but that he will explain why it went wrong. It was the night of August 14 last year he killed and dismembered his stepfather Bjarte Hansen in their residential Oyer Municipality.
Therapy
When her stepfather came back from Cyprus in June 2014, he was greatly in need of care and was a period of hospitalization. Later he moved into the cramped little apartment with Kim Andreas Kristiansen Hundervegen Oyer.
– I would watch him. I was in pressure between the job and having to take care of him, simply. Bjarte was first hospitalized but was living with me when the doctor said he was healthy enough, says Kristiansen, who now want to point to external factors before the murder.
He says he sought help and therapy to cope stepfather.
– I felt like I was responsible for him, Kristiansen says.
He said that his stepfather was difficult in the period when he came home from Cyprus in the summer of last year. He describes his stepfather as stubborn and he drank a lot.
On the night of August 14 last year, boiled it to last over 24-year-old.
The first Bjarte Hansen did that day when he came in the door on August 13 was that he swore, according stepson.
He also had been drinking.
– When I realized that this day was going to be tough, says Kristiansen.
He says that he himself had drunk anything, and that it finally boiled over in very strong emotions. The mental pressure was released.

He describes his stepfather as a difficult man, who has created a lot of frustration for him over the years.
– He thinks very much and was very sour. I understood that it was not good that we were in the same room this evening. He began to call me a little shit of a man. Then I exploded. I poured myself for aggressors, Kristiansen says. He takes a break in the explanation, but recovers.

– I was so angry then and there, I tried to calm myself down and thought: I have to calm myself down. Now I must not do anything stupid. I tried pressing the emergency button mental, which I have used for years, and that has always worked, but that day, so did not work it says Kristiansen.
He comes with examples of negative things he has experienced with his stepfather for years. It is very much about the negative comments over several years.
– He complained about everything and everyone. He irritated me on a daily basis. I thought it was very hurtful, Kristiansen says, describing how he tried to help his stepfather and listen to him.
– It is difficult to go into details of how it was, but generalt he was such a person who did not think anything was good enough, says Kristiansen.
– For worn I just felt that enough is enough. So I went and fetched the kitchen knife, and committed the cruel acts that make me sit here today, says Kristiansen with clear voice.
He does not want to get into the details of what happened, but explains that he obtained a fish knife.
A little later he says still hvoran he stuck his stepfather when He lay on the couch in the apartment.
– I stabbed him in the stomach and in hjerteregioen.

– I could see the shock in his face. It came a little cry just like when you burn yourself on a hot plate.
He tried to stop me. He took both hands around my wrist, says Kristiansen and describes how her stepfather fought with all his remaining forces to prevent what happened.
– What did you?
– I felt nothing. It went so fast, says Kristiansen.
runaway to Netherlands
Hansen was reported missing the day after the murder. A hiker finds a bonfire, before the boom into the cabin area in Hafjell, was over the weekend identified to be the 58-year-old stepfather to Kristiansen. Kristiansen had disappeared for both the family and the police. He was charged and internationally clamoring. It turned out that he had fled to the Netherlands via plane from Gardermoen. He resigned ten days later for the Dutch police.

Some pounds heavier than in the remand hearing, and with longer hair, sitting 24 year old in the courtroom in Lillehammer. Headbands which he was known when he was wanted in August last year, is now gone. The expression is completely different.
The nearest family Bjarte Hansen and Kim Andreas Kristiansen also sits in the courtroom and follow the case. He gets hugs of several of them and smile at them.
– He is looking forward to this is over, said his defense Odd Ivar Green VG before the case started.
Admits on all points
24-year-old has admitted guilt, and defends Odd Ivar Green says that much of the indictment based on Kristiansens own explanation.

She reads the indictment in South Gudbrandsdal District Court. It describes in detail how 24-year-old brutally stabbed to death his stepfather before he dismembered him and threatened a fellow to help with transporting it to a wooded area, where they burned the remains of a campfire.
Kristiansen answers ” yes “on all counts. He admits to having killed his father threatened his friend to help him hide the crime, and desecrated corpse.
The friend must also testify in court, and he is no longer indicted in the case . Kim Andreas Kristiansen must out of courtroom during the testimony of the caregiver in the morning, so they do not see each other. Lawyer of the former comrade of Kristiansen, Lorentz Stavrum, explained that the incident has been very traumatic for the man.
24-year-old sat quietly outside the courtroom with a policeman and waited for his defender, while press sat in the courtroom.
