Friday 26. February in one of the defendant’s apartment in Klepp. kommune, the four have kicked, beaten, clipped and debased a man in over two hours. Both baseball bats, knives and hot water were used in battering, according to the judgment.

The four were judged and the offended man all belong to a criminal charged environment in Jæren, writes Stavanger Aftenblad.
Background according to the judgment trifles – the offended person must among other things have stolen a piece of jewelry. Parts of the violence was filmed, and footage from two of the defendant’s phones were played in court.
An 18-year-old woman acknowledged straffskyld. Two of the men (23 and 25) acknowledged the partial straffskyld, while a 21-year-old man refused.
Have to pay 80.000 money
The elder was sentenced to two years and three months ‘ imprisonment. 23-year-old got two years and two months, while 21-year-old was sentenced to prison in one year and two months. The 18 old woman was sentenced to one year and three months in jail.
The four were also indicted for having tattooed the man in the face, but in court it was revealed that he voluntarily had allowed himself to tattoo before the violence started.
The four must in addition pay the offended 80.000 million in compensation for damages.
