Had been rejected

Prosecutor Andreas Schei believes the defendant is attempting to stage a violent drama, in panic after he had first abused her boyfriend in the apartment. Schei parties no trust in the defendant’s statement in court.

– He knew her family members were heading to a dinner invitation, and tried to stage it so it would look like he was attacked, said Schei.

the defendant came to Norway in 2009. He received a temporary residence permit, but in 2013 came the final rejection. He therefore had a deportation order hanging over him with a deadline to leave the country in February 2014, ie a few months before the murder.

The mother told the court that her husband was constantly upset and angry because of the rejection and expulsion order . This mind went in one case out of the little girl, the mother could tell.
