No one was injured in the clash, police said. The collision is described as “small”.
The accident occurred on an unsecured level crossing in Underland road in Hallenskog. The car was gone when police arrived, but after a short time the police got in touch with the driver.
Neither the driver nor the train was hurt in the incident.
Spikkestad line was closed between Spikkestad and Heggedal after the accident, said National Rail.
