One person died in the accident meeting with sementbil by Måna – Amtstidende

It was a family man in his 40s from Frogn who perished in a collision between a concrete truck and a VW Transporter van midway between Måna and Frogn tunnel in Frogn.

– there is now a reliable identification of the deceased, said operations manager Leif Holten.

He says that families are notified and that investigations are and cleanup at the site.

– it’s pretty åppenbart that very large forces have been at work, and the wreckage is therefore spread over a large area, he said.

– We will now be made search in the area for car parts and objects that may have ended up way out in forest, said operations manager Leif Holten, adding that the road will be opened during the afternoon.

Physical unharmed in the truck

Concrete car drove south towards Måna, while the van drove towards E6. Immediately after the collision harbors both cars in the ditch on the same side of the road, as you see in the image below. The image also explains why police believe responsibility already clarified:

– Crime scene investigations and witness information indicates that the van has come over into oncoming traffic and that a very powerful collision then happened, said operations Holten.

Traffic was redirected

Shortly after the accident went booms down by Nordby tunnel on the E6 and the roundabouts at Måna.

when it became clear that the road would be closed for several hours, police began to clear the highway for vehicles in line. The passenger cars went smoothly, but the longest semi trailers was a challenge, as you see in the image below:

a tipping says that a car in noon drove straight to the barrier at the exit right after Nordby tunnel on the way to the moon and crash. The car got smashed windshield and boom flew off, according tipping. This is not confirmed by the police.
