Forgot pizza in the oven. It can get expensive after police found this – Dagbladet.no

(Dagbladet): A man in 20s was this morning reviewed the Oslo police for violating the weapons law.

It happened after emergency services who managed to notice the smoke from an apartment at Bislett in Oslo. The fire department brought out a man in their 20s from the apartment, and police got a surprise when they took into Liel.

– We did notice a possible fire and smoke in the apartment. The man had forgotten a pizza in the oven, says operations manager Rune Ullsand the Oslo police told Dagbladet.

The police also found a shotgun and ammunition in the apartment and took the seizure of the weapon.

– mannn is for violation of the Firearms Act. Whether he had a license or not is something that must be investigated, says Ullsand.

Ullsand not aware of details of the case, and says he does not know whether the weapon was securely locked into.

The police was notified about the fire 8:25 in the afternoon, and were on site for about five minutes later. Ullsand do not know if it was the man himself or neighbors who called in the fire.

Having weapons without a firearms license – permission from the police – can provide both imprisonment or fine of 10,000 crowns.

The man suffered some smoke and checked ambulance on site.
