Bureau opens investigation into alerts case – Aftenposten

It says chief investigator Halvor Hjelm-Hansen in the unit’s Department for Northern Norway and Central Norway NTB

The Bureau was asked Hordaland Police District to consider whether there were grounds for a new investigation of the way it dismissed Monika case had been handled. They should specifically look for Work Act had been violated in the way Notifier Robin Schaefer had been treated.

– Following a review of the law firm Wiers Holms report and information that is otherwise obtained, the Bureau has concluded that there are reasonable grounds to initiate investigations in matter involving the Hordaland police district’s treatment of Robin Schaefer alerting writes Halvor Hjelm-Hansen.

– The investigation will be conducted to clarify whether the Hordaland police district, including individuals, have committed criminal violation of Working Environment Act on alert and the regulation on requirements for the work environment, he said.

The investigation will be led by the Bureau investigation department Central Norway and Northern Norway.
