The rape occurred in March 2014, and the three men were arrested shortly after the rape happened in a cottage in Hemsedal.
Three men, in their 20s and 30s should have drugged a woman in her late teens when they met at a nightspot in Hemsedal. They then took the woman to a cabin, where she was repeatedly raped.
According to NRK, they are doomed to six, six and a half years in prison. In addition they are ordered to pay plaintiff NOK 300,000 in compensation. The judgment is for two of the three stringent than the prosecutor’s assertion.
The three men said in court that the woman consented to intercourse, but was not believed by the court.
