The father and brother of a woman is in Upper Romerike District Court sentenced to ten years in prison for raping and abused her for years, reports Rome Blad.

– Her father and brother have refused her to be with friends after school and she has been under strong control. The defendants have abused their position of power toward the aggrieved and she has in reality been deprived normal childhood and adolescence from 11 years of age, said the ruling, according to Rome Blad.
The brother should have abused her since she was 11 years old. Some of the abuses described by the court as clean rapes. The father will also eventually have begun with similar assaults.
The father and brother all the way denied culpability, writes the newspaper. Both have appealed the verdict.
