Some bank customers who have received DNB latest cards, finding that they do not work in some payment terminals.
DNB working on a solution to overcome the problem, NRK reported.
– Along with terminal suppliers we look at this and try to find out what the problem is and how to solve it, says communication Marit Giske DNB.
She said that around 600,000 customers have received the new bank cards with contactless function, but not all users of the new cards are affected by the problems.
– There are some customers, but not many, who have experienced this, Giske said.
