Police did not come as a boy (15) called 22-year-old admits attempted rape – Aftenposten

The indictment against the 22 year old man was taken out in March 2014. The man is originally from Southern Norway, but he is listed with addresses in Bergen.

The indictment says that 22-year-old attack a 15 year old boy on a trail up against Hellen fortress in Bergen on 31 August 2012. There will 15-year-old have been attempted raped. A few days before going to 22-year-old have followed a male student from IKEA to Nattland Way, laid him on the ground and then grasped his crotch.

Today started the trial against him in Bergen District Court.

22-year-old acknowledges guilt both for attempted rape and sexual offense.

In questioning He explained that he did not remember anything from the events, but that it might “be located any where,” as the prosecutor put it.

In October last year, after extensive studies of the defendant’s psyche, it was concluded that the defendant is sane. Prosecutors warned then that he would require six years fovaring with a minimum term of five years.



Conclusion: Criminal sane

It took nine days for 22-year-old was arrested, based on, among other testimony about 22-year-old movement.

He had gone to a family member who lives outside Bergen.

Called the police several times

In his keynote speech said the prosecutor, chief public prosecutor Eirik Stolt-Nielsen, the police will not come out on the boy 112 calls a few minutes after the incident.

– The police did not catch what he was trying to bring forward. He called several times to the police, they were relegated still not out, although he tried to convey that he was subjected to an assault, said Stolt-Nielsen Limited.

The uptake of 112 call will be played in court Monday .

The aggrieved boy from Helleveien told today about the event.

He described that he ” startled “when the man grabbed him from behind.

Would take him

The boy told that he tried to run after the man who had assaulted him, but that he could not because he was trembling all over.

He also told me that he called the police after maybe two minutes and that he was “very angry” in the conversation.

After a while he went home and called buddy he had been with. The plan was that he would go one way, while aggrieved should look for the assailant from the other side.

– It was not help getting the police, so I would take him, told the boy in day.

Further, he said:

– There are plenty of kids playing near there. If it runs a guy around and jump on people there, it is not good. I was afraid he was going to rape children in the area, said the boy in his statement today.

He said he had become more wary and scared after the incident.



Sentenced for rape 9 year old

22-year-old previously convicted for raping a nine-year old boy in Kristiansand, in January 2010. The boy was on his way to school when he was assaulted and raped behind a shed in Vågsbygd.

– We believe there is great danger of repetition and want an evaluation at the end of fovaringsperioden, says the chief public prosecutor.
