The indictment against the 22 year old man was taken out in March 2014. The man is originally from Southern Norway, but he is listed with addresses in Bergen.
The indictment says that 22-year-old attack a 15 year old boy on a trail up against Hellen fortress in Bergen on 31 August 2012. There will 15-year-old have been attempted raped. Today started the trial against him in Bergen District Court.

After a while he went home and called buddy he had been with. The plan was that he would go one way, while aggrieved should look for the assailant from the other side.

Sentenced for rape 9 year old
22-year-old previously convicted for raping a nine-year old boy in Kristiansand, in January 2010. The boy was on his way to school when he was assaulted and raped behind a shed in Vågsbygd.
– We believe there is great danger of repetition and want an evaluation at the end of fovaringsperioden, says the chief public prosecutor.
