A 46 year old woman in Oslo asked Sunday police for help to throw his partner out of the apartment. But the woman had forgotten that she was wanted.

It was Sunday afternoon the woman asked police for help, writes Aftenposten. When police checked her personal data, they found that she was wanted.

– The woman was called to serving a sentence, but had not shown up. Then it is usual that one is requested. Therefore, she was arrested, says operations manager Find Belle of the Oslo police told the newspaper.

He does not deny that the woman did the job easier for the police:

– It is not so often that people are clamoring call to tell us where they are. It’s not particularly smart to request police service when one is clamoring says Belle.
