Labor may retain steering arm in Trondheim – NRK

The growth that Labour have experienced at the national polls during the autumn and winter is also manifested in local polls.

The progress is still less at the municipal level than Ap experience nationally, according to a review from the website Poll of polls.

Large gap

A national average of 40 measurements in 40 municipalities providing an estimated support for Labor at 36.2 per cent at year end. There is an increase of 4.5 percentage points from the municipal elections in 2011.

At the same time Ap an average of 41.4 percent of the national polls in December.

It means therefore that Labor does 5 percentage points better in the national polls than when one counts a national average based on the local measurements.

Right falls, FRP is flat

comparison goes Right back 4.9 percentage points from the 2011 election to 23.1 percent national level, based on the latest local polls.

Progress Party has 11.5 percent on average in the past 40 local polls, against 11.4 percent at the local elections in 2011.

Both the Conservatives and the Progress Party is the average in the national polls in December rather close to the national level of the local polls, respectively 22.5 percent and 11.3 percent.

A lot of places it can abut the power switch, so the political winds blow at the beginning of 2015.

In the last poll in Oslo, referred Aftenposten just before Christmas, got Ap a boost 5.5 percentage points to 36.9 percent, while the Conservatives fall 7.3 percentage points to 25.5 percent.

The two latest polls in the capital shows according Poll of polls that the Green Party (MDGs) can secure a majority for a coalition with Labor, SV, Red and MDG. The Greens have not yet said what they will use any tilt position.

In addition, the background figures that a very large amount abstainer can influence the outcome if any of them are mobilized to vote.



Colourful plural

Also in Bergen is likely a close race, nine months before the municipal elections.

The latest poll BT brought Christmas Eve gives Labor a boost of 5.1 percentage points to 37.4 percent. Right falls 2.1 to 31.4 percent and FRP return 3.1 to 6.7 percent.

Here is MDG likely to end up on the flop, with a boost to 3.8 percent and three representatives in the City Council.

A choice in line with the measurement would provide a majority for a colorful coalition with Labor, Center, SW, Red and the Green, according to Poll of polls.

Variations

In Trondheim Labor mayor Rita Ottervik favorite to continue for a further four years.

But here it can be smoothly. Background figures indicate that the Conservatives scoop more voters from Labor than the opposite. Right, FRP and Left also has a potential in that many abstainer say they will vote for them – if they end up voting.

Stavanger is an example of local issues causing other effects than the national measurements. A local debate about the toll could probably be an explanation to the FRP Proceed 5.2 percentage points from the municipal elections in 2011 to 18.3 percent in a measurement infact performed for Labor and Stavanger Aftenblad published right before Christmas. Labor is measured at 30.1 percent (1.3) and Right down 7.1 to 26.9 percent in this local poll.
