man had fallen out of a boat moored to a pier on Heddalsvatnet water. He was taken lifeless from the water just after midnight and received first aid on the spot, but his life was not to save.
– The police was notified of the case nine minutes after midnight. A good hour later, at 1:17, the man was pronounced dead by a doctor on site, says operations manager Vidar Aaltvedt Telemark police.
