Hospitals Pharmacies North now receive criticism after they gave fatal overdoses of chemotherapy to two patients last year.


 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

Patients should have a dose of 12 milligrams, but received 240 milligrams instead.

State Health has investigated the matter and concluded that the pharmacist’s handling of the syringes were not justifiable, but the person gets no administrative sanctions, NRK reported.
