Looking for older woman in Osterøy – NRK

Missed the Friday night

It was just after at 19: 30. Friday evening it was reported that a traffic incidents in Vevlevegen on Osterøy. It was the woman that reported the accident.

When emergency services arrived about 20 minutes later, the older woman, who was the driver in the car, abandoned the place. The police stated that they were very concerned for the woman’s health.

– It has been a long time now, and since it is about an older woman we are worried about. We have linked into the joint rescue coordination centre, the Red Cross and the Norwegian Redningshunder to assist in the search, said operasjonsleder Bjarte Rebnord in the police Friday night.

Large search group consisting

Personnel from the civil defence, the Norwegian Redningshunder and Norwegian people’s Aid, in addition to politets crews and crews from the Red Cross participated in the search for the woman Friday evening and Saturday morning.
