Dead man found in manhole on the campsite – VG

Police believe that the man who was found in a manhole on the Rørestrand camping earlier today died as the result of an accident.

It shows the investigations so far.

– It does not suggest that there has happened something straffbaret and then, there has been an accident, but we can’t say it one hundred percent. There is security at the scene, says operasjonsleder Anne Meyer in the South-East police district to the VG.

Technicians from the police have been on site, but they have currently completed work.

Police department continues its investigation to determine whether the death may be due to a criminal offense relationship, writes police on Twitter and adds that they are working on with a tactical etterforskningsskritt out over the evening.

It was the clock 1206 that the police received a message that it was found some clothes outside a toilet in the area. When the police came to the place, they found a dead person in a manhole.

– Who owns the pit?

– I don’t know, ” says Meyer VG.

Newspaper Gjengangeren writes that the area is blocked off, and several policemen examine the site. Images Tønsbergs Blad has from the site, also shows that the fire department assists the police with a lift.
