Two men stabbed in Notodden – Dagbladet.no

Two Lithuanian men were stabbed by a compatriot in Notodden late Sunday. The two escaped with eases injuries.

– One of them was hit in the shoulder, while the other man was hit in the neck. The latter could have gone terribly wrong, and here it is enough luck that made it went well, said operations manager Vidar Aaltvedt in South-East police. The two who were stabbed, printed after being treated in hospital.

He says the three men knew each other, but that there is nothing to indicate that they is the family. They are not known by the police before, and they shall not have any connection to Notodden.

– In addition to these three, we also spoke with a fourth man, who was near and helped the two aggrieved to the emergency room, says Aaltvedt. The motive for the stabbing is not yet known.

– we do not know exactly how this happened, but it happened outdoors in or near Notodden center, explains operation manager.

the police was notified about the stabbing clock 22.52 on Sunday evening.
