Over 650 asylum seekers disappeared from reception in January – Dagbladet.no

The figures appear in a list Aftenbladet received from Immigration. Press Counselor in UDI, Kristian Nicolai Stakset-Gundersen, will be conditional upon the numbers could change.

– This is the latest figures. It’s just over a week UTI February and it is therefore likely that many of these will show up in some way and therefore if a time is not as “abandoned reception without new known address” anymore, he says and points out that numbers go down as time goes on.

163 of those who disappeared in January, were Syrians. The spaces for follow people from Afghanistan, Iraq and Egypt.

Overall, disappeared 2,207 people from reception centers in Norway in 2015.
