Convicted of negligence in traffic after the man died in the accident – Moss Avis

A young driver has been sentenced to conditional imprisonment for 30 days and must pay 8,000 kroner in fines after being involved in an accident on Skårersletta last year.

He is also ordered to pay a total of 200,000 kroner in damages to four survivors. The driver loses lead the court in a year, Fredrikstad District Court decided.
