Police believe there are reasonable grounds to believe that the woman founded the fires.
– We have arrested the woman because we believe it is the recurrence risk and risk of destruction of evidence, says Sæthre.
Police suspect the fire was set on fire because it burned three different locations in block, all at different times and unrelated to each other. Ten people were sent to the emergency department for check after being exposed to smoke from the fire.
Emergency services who managed to residential block at Maihaugen in Skien at midnight. It was then visible smoke from the building, and there was fire in the basement.
The fire was confined to the basement stalls and residents were evacuated. At 02 o’clock held fire crews with after quenching and bleeding, but scant two hours later there were new responders to the same apartment block.
