Man found dead in car – Aftenposten

A man in his 60′s is Tuesday night was found dead in his car near Armagh in Møre and Romsdal. Police investigating the death as suspicious. The newspaper VG.

Police were alerted to the discovery of the dead man clock 18.51.

– The man was found just west of Armagh city. Paramedics attempted resuscitation before police arrived, but life was not to save, said operations manager Rolf Anders Korstad in Nordmøre police.

It has been decided to conduct an autopsy of the deceased on Thursday.

– Findings on site means that we are investigating this as a suspicious death. Yet we choose not to say anything about what kind of discoveries in question, says Operations Officer.

The deceased is a man in his early 60s who are residents of Fræna.

Faced Romsdals Budstikke says acting Head of Department for investigation in Molde, Dag Erling Austvik, that they have so far chosen not to contact NCIS for assistance.

– We’re not sure what this is but we do the research we need, he said.

As the cause of death has not yet been clarified, holding police all options open, saying Austvik.

The police are in the process of notify next of kin.
