Just after 8 o’clock Friday morning were two children of foreign origin attempted
abducted from a primary school in Tromsø municipality. A family member reported for
Police and will be questioned during the day in connection with the incident, writing
newspaper Nordlys.
– What I can say that today early, just over at 08,
had an incident at a school in the municipality. Two children were being attempted into a
car, but the incident was averted by an employee and other adults on site. The
ended with the car drove from the site, says police chief Morten Pettersen
Tromso Northern Lights.
Pettersen enter the newspaper that the background of the event is
that the child has taken over responsibility for the two children, but would not say anything specific about the motive behind the kidnapping attempt. It has not yet taken any charges in the case.
