– The Competition Authority is an incredibly exciting place to work, and I have considered carefully before I decided to apply for the position in SSB, says Meyer to Bergens Tidende.
In addition to Meyer have two other session. These are general manager Bente Arnesen (56) and research director Torbjørn Hægeland (46). Hægeland has been temporarily SSB CEO since January.
Meyer tells BT that she was contacted by the recruitment company Delphi Consulting, which has been given the task of finding a new chief for SSB.
– I was encouraged by them to be involved in the process, and after conducting conversations I decided to apply for the job, she says.
