The man was on Friday last week detained for one week in Oslo District Court, but the decision was appealed. The Bureau asked for two weeks’ detention because they believed there was destruction of evidence danger. The court agreed that there was a risk of destruction of evidence, but continued incarceration time for just one week.
Now the Court of Appeal determined that the policeman be released, said his lawyer, Jens Ove Hagen told NRK.
