The policeman in his 30s who was suspended from his job when he was charged with rape three weeks ago will not return to work.

When he was released from custody, he demanded to get the job back and is complaining to the local employment council, but they maintain the suspension for a further three months.

The man’s defender says to NRK that they will now appeal the case to the central employment council in the police.
