(Dagbladet / NTB): Monday was a woman in their 20s found dead in a residence in Southern Odal in Hedmark.
A man in his 30s is now arrested after found, which police have described as a suspicious deaths, newspaper VG. According to the newspaper’s information, police have charged the man for leaving the woman in a helpless condition.
– He was arrested Monday afternoon. He testified on the matter as he knows it, and from his knowledge, he believes he has done nothing wrong, saying the accused defends Jørn Mejdell Jakobsen told VG.
Findings on site allows police investigating the death as suspicious, NRK reported. Later today the preliminary autopsy report ready.
– Police in Hedmark will come with further information on the matter later today. We are waiting for the preliminary autopsy report before we pronounce ourselves more. Once we have made us familiar with the content and informed relatives media will be informed about the facts, writes communications advisor Kari-Anne Dobloug Hedmark police said in a statement Thursday morning.
It was a police patrol which found the woman in the residence which by the Dagbladet know is near Skarnes.
– The woman lived there she was found, said sheriff Ole B. Sandvik in South Odal to Glåmdalen Wednesday night.
– What discoveries we can not go into, but further investigation may give us more answers on what happened, said police lawyer Bjorn E. Peterson in a statement.
The late autopsy was performed Wednesday.
