A footbridge over highway 35 in Vikersund has been dropped, and the road is now closed.
– There are no people or cars that have been taken, said Thov Torsrud, operations manager at Northern Buskerud Police District.
The police was notified about the incident clock 20.28 Thursday night.
– As of now can not get past cars, and there are detour via Vikersund, he said to TV 2.
It was a truck driver who reported the bridge had fallen down.
