Summonses are sent court to clarify the question of principle, says Parat in a statement Monday.
– There are unacceptable that Norwegian and Kjos can move around the staff in any conflict situation and with it evade obligations that employees have earned through many years, says Parat leader Hans-Erik Skjæggerud.
The vast majority of Norwegian pilots are organized in Federation.
The core of the Norwegian strike earlier this year was whether the pilots should be employed in the parent company Norwegian Air Shuttle (NAS) or acquired Norwegian Air Norway (NAN). The strike ended with the Norwegian got a job guarantee from its parent company for three years for all pilots in Scandinavia. But the formal employer responsibility to the parent NAS remained unclear.
