The alarm went at 17.30 hours and the police decided to take action to be on the safe side.

Finnmark Gata and a large area on both sides were blocked off, while police bomb squad after a moment of waiting drove his remote controlled robot towards the suspicious object.

Time 19.19 writes cops on Twitter that the object is examined and that it was a device with wires, but completely harmless.

Police were made aware of a device placed under a bench in Tøyenparken.

– It was not a fake bomb, but it was a kind of an art project. It was part of some bigger stuff, and so this has become again. It is well someone who does not think further than your nose is long, says operations Find Belle.
