A third person who was also in the car came from the accident with moderate injuries, Oslo University. Both the injured men are in their 30s, while the injured woman is 50 years.
Police said a passenger heading west on E18 probably drove right out of the way on the right side after the expiry of Hærland Tunnel.
All the injured were flown to Ullevål Hospital by air ambulance after the accident.
