- They’ll put us right to strike, says pilot boss Halvor Vatnar – Dagbladet.no

Halvor Vatnar, head of the pilots in English, went kl. 12:45 into voluntary talks at the State Mediator. On the way in, he said among other things:

– I reject completely that we impose unreasonable demands.

– I think nothing, I note that we are called into the mediator and takes it for granted that we should not squander his time, said Vatnar headed to the State Mediator.

Vatnar stated that the union is angered over Norwegian desire to divide up the subsidiary NAN three subsidiary, one in each of the Scandinavian countries.

– We have long seen that they want to split us up into smaller units so that we lose the right to strike.

– Full support

Halvor Vatnar says he has full support among the 650 pilots strategy. He also thanks to the support of, among others, trade unions, including SAS.

He said that he understands the mind against pilots from passengers.

– We must take the fight, it goes on fundamental rights, he said.

When asked if they have customers sympathy, he said he hoped it.

Just before he entered he said:

– We’ll see what happens.

– I hope we will soon come in the air, he said.
