A woman in 20s claims she has been raped in Rena military camp in Hedmark.
It was Dagbladet who first publicized case.
– We can confirm that there is an event we work with, said operations manager in Hedmark Police Jan-Egil Gilbert TV2 Sunday just after 12 o’clock.
Police were alerted early Sunday morning, and the woman was taken to the rape reception.
A man in his 20s has been charged in the case. Both he and the woman is now being questioned, said jourhavende lawyer in Hedmark Police Stine Rimor Grimstad TV 2 around the clock 16.
– He rejects the accusation, saying Grimstad TV 2 but would not comment further about what has emerged in interrogations.
She said that also the technical investigation, and that it now remains witnesses.
Operations Gilbert says that they have been in contact with the military police, but that it is the police who are investigating the case.
Rena Camp located in Åmot, and Army informs on their websites that it is Norway’s newest military camp.
