Nav has spent three billion one consultancy – VG

The consultancy Accenture has over the last eight years billed Nav three billion.

Today’s Business has disclosed how much Nav has paid to the six most widely used consulting firms since Nav was created. Accenture is the company Nav uses far the most. Overall, Accenture has delivered IT systems, project management and consulting for three billion, the newspaper said.

Thus Nav accounted for almost one fifth of all the work Accenture does in Norway.

– There is a high sum, but it is in the course of eight years, says Nav chief Joakim Lystad.

– Half of the amount is affiliated pension program, which ended in 2011, after six years of operation, says Lystad.

Accenture says they are proud job they have done.
