Synsing on avdødes mental state – Aftenposten

Synsing on avdødes mental state – Aftenposten

Witness after witness here in Lower Telemark district court has a conception of the psychic state Braathen (33) were in when she fell from the Brevik Bridge night 3rd August.

Mild said divergent perceptions. Ask the defendant’s wife, was Braathen clearly suicidal.

Are you asking the deceased spouse, mother or brother, you will hear something completely different – she had never had it so good as in recent years.

It is hoped that soon the prosecution presents evidence Linn Made Lens mental health the last time she was alive. The way things are now, it reminds a quiz where witnesses expressed their highly personal perceptions.

This is what the good Norwegian called just assumptions.

Non liar

Longest go defendant’s wife (40). When she heard that Linn Madelen was found dead in the sea at Sandøya in Bamble, was the first thought her “now has Linn done something stupid.”

In court, she goes even further: – She chose to kill himself in front of the eyes of my husband. She wanted him to see it! she says.

Husband provable lies to the police perceive she is certainly not a liar. It was a psychological reaction to a battle trauma. A proof of how bad he must have had it.

Stabbed in the back

Linn Made Lens roommate (40) believes he was stabbed in the back by proper childhood friend on trial. First, he lost his girlfriend, so best buddy.

He rejects blank theory of suicide. There was nothing special about her the last time she was – she was quiet, they never quarreled. She took medication as she should. During the four years they lived together, she had no depression.

My boyfriend has his clear perception of what happened at the Brevik Bridge. Linn Madelen had two bad ankles and was wearing a long dress that particular night. 40-year-old believes that she may have been able to get over it five feet tall railing on the bridge as quickly as the defendant claims.

– In my head she must have been helped by some, he says. And there is not much doubt who he believes helped her.

Linn Made Lens mother says she has never seen her so happy as in recent years with his partner. They had bought the house; they had future plans. Reiser. Children.

She spoke to her the day before the unfortunate incident at Brevik Bridge. When everything was normal.

– She did not go willingly into death, her mother says.

The dismissed police officer is not charged with murder, but to have left Linn Madelen in helpless condition on the bridge.

All evidence here in court is about what happened on the bridge.

It is only the man on trial who know the truth.
